WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Mandatory attire for The Luxury PinkNiq Events is pink or white. Guests are encouraged to experiment with their finest pink or white summer/fall attire. Derby fashions including spring dresses, pink or white suits, bold headpieces, and accessories are encouraged.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

This event is strictly 25 and older. Guests must show a valid ID to enter.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?

Guests are encouraged to pack the following: Clear Insulated cooler bags Corkscrew Sunscreen Picnic blanket (pink or white encouraged) OR available for purchase on-site Charcuterie board Additional plates, napkins, cutting board, etc. Playing cards, games, etc. Camera Selfie stick Hand sanitizer Lawn chairs (ONLY if you purchased Limited General Admission or Umbrella VIP)
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN’T BRING TO THE EVENT?

Prohibited Items: Weapons or Drugs Fireworks Professional Photo/Audio Equipment Backpacks (Purses Only) Musical Instruments Alcohol Food (other than charcuterie style items) Outside beverages Glassware Pets or animals of any kind Tents or canopies Coolers of any kind Tables Chairs Please note: Folding chairs are permitted for VIP Umbrella ticket-holders as well as a “limited” number of general admission tickets only.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR UPGRADE MY EXISTING TICKET TO VIP?

There will be no exchanges or upgrades of existing tickets.
SEATING FOR OPEN VIP TICKET HOLDERS

Open seating is available for open VIP ticket holders. Please note you may not save a seat for a friend. We strongly encourage you to arrive together to secure seating together. Folding chairs are permitted for VIP Umbrella ticket-holders as well as a “limited” number of general admission tickets. General admission ticket holders with folding chairs will have a designated seating area and spacing will be available on first come first serve basis. We understand a mix of seating of different heights may mean some obstructions and we would encourage you to purchase the ticket package that best positions you to find a spot on the expansive lawn that has a view to your liking. These events are ADA accessible. Please contact us for additional information.
IF THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, WILL MORE TICKETS BE RELEASED? DO YOU KEEP A WAITLIST?

We do not keep a waitlist, however, we may occasionally release more tickets and encourage you to follow us on IG & FB for updates, as well as visit this website to check inventory regularly or contact us at theluxurypinkniq@gmail.com
HOW DO I SHOW I PURCHASED A TICKET?

Your email confirmation is your ticket. Please be prepared to show the email confirmation on your smart device or print a hard copy.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO THE EVENT?

Guests are welcome to pack photo-worthy charcuterie boards in their best baskets! No other outside food or beverages are permitted. Food Trucks and beverage services will be on the property. Bottle service will be added to the website closer to the event date.
CAN I TAKE MY UNFINISHED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES WITH ME WHEN I LEAVE THE EVENT?

No open bottles or containers are allowed to leave the premises in accordance with state laws.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT AT THIS EVENT?

Cashless event- Zelle, CashApp, Venmo. Limited use of Credit/Debit cards for The Luxury PinkNiq purchases. Please note food vendors and merchants may choose to accept cash.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

The Luxury PinkNiq follows the standard industry refund policy: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of attendees and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. Should you choose to purchase a ticket, you are acknowledging that understand that your purchase is nonrefundable. The Luxury PinkNiq Events is a "rain or shine" event and tickets are non-refundable. If there is a government-issued state of emergency, ticket holders will be notified of the rescheduled date.
